Elite Music Instruction 2026 Spring Music Enrollment Form

Space is limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Join Elite Music Instruction on Saturday, April 18th, for an exciting event! Awards will be presented, refreshments will be provided, and students will receive an award and gifts. You and your family and friends are invited to attend at no additional charge. The entry fee is $125 per student.

Each teacher will be assigned a one-hour time slot, and each student will have up to five minutes to perform. We are currently finalizing the schedule and will notify you once it is complete. The event will be held at the same location as in previous years: 60 Weston Rd, Sunrise, FL 33326. We look forward to seeing you there!
